About the role

Your primary role as a Business Development Manager is to expand the Syndy business in existing and or new verticals. Having the benefit of cross-selling services from other entities in the holding will make your job even more interesting. The possibilities are endless and that leaves you with plenty of relevant opportunities to discuss during your prospecting conversations. You will hunt for new and manage existing clients. Tools like cold calling and LinkedIn are familiar to you, and you are not scared to reach out to your network or promote us during network events and exhibitions.

Main responsibilities

  • Create valuable leads
  • Translate technical requirements into solid proposals
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Convert leads to sales
  • Own the process from start to finish
  • Develop and implement sales-driven marketing activities
  • Participate in trade fair shows / set up customer events
  • Be a proud Syndy representative

Your profile

  • HBO level
  • Experienced with selling SaaS solutions
  • Self-reliant and creative team player
  • Structured way of working, basing decisions on solid analysis
  • Able to negotiate and close deals
  • Self-confidence, friendly and customer-driven
  • Strong communication skills and dynamic personality
  • Eager to learn
  • Native Dutch and fluent English; other languages are a plus
  • Track record in sales
